The Kall Kwik network has selected Catfish Web-to-Print from Infigo Software as part of a move to offer advanced services to its customers in the UK

The Bardon Group, which supports the 50-strong Kall Kwik licensed operation, will utilise the Catfish platform across the group.

Nigel Toplis, managing director of the Bardon Group, spoke highly of the new solution and is confident over the impact it will have on business.

"The team at Infigo Software has considerable knowledge of the print market but as software developers, they have a refreshing non-technical point of view which is a perfect fit with our operation,"Toplis comments.

"We’re not supplying a static system to a single user; but rather a Catfish solution that is moulded to the specific needs and markets of each individual Kall Kwik owner.

"We value Infigo Software’s commitment to work with us and their enthusiasm to create a service that will ensure each franchisee can offer a whole new range of highly profitable online services aimed at both business customers and general consumers."

Infigo Software has been in operation since 2005 but did not become a separate entity since 2010 when it split from another company, taking with it the rights to the original web-to-print product.

Building on the original offering, Infigo Software went on to develop Catfish, a product that has only grown in terms of popularity and usage over the past few years.

Speaking to Print Monthly about the offering, managing director Douglas Gibson says he expects interest in Catfish to continue to grow as more companies realise the benefits it can offer.

"We tend to things a little differently, as we’re not a traditional web-to-print provider, and we get involved with projects that are more in-depth—we go further beyond basic web-to-print scenarios,"Gibson told Print Monthly.

"We have found that some clients with web-to-print and not been using it to its full potential.

"We can help companies win new opportunities that they may not feel conformable winning or not have the technical support to deliver"

"We’ve found great success from taking clients from an embryonic stage to a point where they can establish a whole business around ordering print online.

"We can help companies win new opportunities that they may not feel conformable winning or not have the technical support to deliver.

"We can use our skill sets and experience of different areas.

"Catfish allows printers to bring in more jobs more efficiently without having to bring in more people, which will ultimately make them more profitable.”/p>
