The Technical Support Developer role is very much based around assisting the Customer Success team in being able to facilitate customer requests and helping to resolve bugs and issues in a timely and efficient manner. The successful individual will sit in the fast-paced, highly skilled and diverse development team providing an integral communication bridge to the Customer Success team.
The role will involve providing 2nd level support to the first line support team, consultants and clients as well as building relationships internally and externally. providing support to 1st line support team and sharing of knowledge and feedback. Technically debugging and troubleshooting tickets raised from customers using many different skills and techniques. It will be a very diverse and challenging role with many opportunities to learn and fine tune many different skillsets helping to grow and develop with the company.
