Infigo Software Limited has announced a number of new appointments, and the development of a leadership team focused on delivering an ambitious roadmap to future-proof the e-commerce solutions that it says are at the heart of customer engagement in the world of variable print, print on demand, personalisation and marketing services.
Infigo Software has seen the budgetary pressures clients are facing, and increasing demands for accessible, on-demand services, drive demand for its products and services more than ever. Infigo recognises that getting the right mix of people and products is essential to continue to deliver the promises made to offer the best user experience, real cost efficiencies and new revenue opportunities for clients in almost every business vertical. Its stand out proposition of software and marketing engagement services has a stronghold that will be strengthened over the next 12 months by the team developments it’s undertaking.
Growing the team for client success
Douglas Gibson, Managing Director, Infigo Software, says, “Expectations for businesses to be as targeted, relevant and personalised as possible in every client and customer interaction continue to grow at pace, so it has never been more important for businesses to invest in the right personalisation and engagement software supplier to meet their needs. Our rapid growth in 2016 surpassed even our own expectations, and as such we have had little time to navel gaze, but we have recognised the need to get the right business model in place to take our business a step forward for our customers. We don’t just want to deliver the best software, we want to have the happiest customers using the best software, so we’ve created a leadership team that enables us to take a step back from the day to day operation and look at where we need to focus to ensure we continue to meet the current and future needs of our customers."
Gibson has internally restructured his senior team to create a number of new leadership roles to ensure the business remains focused on development in the right areas. The appointments include Greg Young as Customer Success Director, Alex Bowell as Technical Operations Director, Chris Minn as Director of Digital Strategy, Julie Minn as Business Development Director and Rebecca Mayne as General Manager, joining the current Sales Director, Andrew Tucker.
Infigo Software is also recruiting for a number of creative and marketing roles, and has announced the recruitment of a new Head of Marketing, bringing Suzanne Rouart on board following a period consulting on the company’s marketing strategy. Suzanne has spent the last 16 years in retail Marketing and CRM, with 10 years spent in the revered marketing team at John Lewis Plc, and 5 years at the much loved Boden Ltd clothing brand. This experience brings value to the diverse customer base of B2B and B2C clients that Infigo Software support. Investment in the marketing services show Infigo’s commitment to delivering a more complete package for its clients.
Suzanne Rouart says, “I am excited to be working with the ambitious and innovative team at Infigo. When I began working on its strategy in the latter part of 2016, I was impressed by the customer centricity of the operation. Having spent my career at brands that are built on the emotional engagement engendered with their customers, I was delighted to find a B2B brand that is similarly customer focused. And when I saw the software in action I reaslised the breadth of opportunity this offers to a vast swath of industries.”
Gibson adds, “The marketing team investment is not just about developing the Infigo brand – although this is obviously very important to us – but it’s about having the team in place to support clients’ business growth objectives. We are focused on offering end to end products and services that ensure our clients are quick to market and have a focused strategy for getting consumers to their door.”
He continues, “I am committing a significant six figure investment to develop our product and service offering this year and I’m excited about what the future holds for us and our clients.”
